BABY SIGNS ROCK !


I was a skeptic at first....

But after working for a family who took Baby Sign parent & child classes and seeing their very smart one year old blossoming developmentally and able to understand verbal cues then sign them. I was VERY encouraged as the little one signed to me connecting and communicating with me Nanny to one year old and I was able to reinforce what his parents were teaching him... At that time I almost felt like we had this secret language that no one else knew.

This morning I took the The Baby Signs Program training for early childhood educators and today I am 100% SOLD!  I have read over the books and looked over some of the CD's.  I will be reviewing everything and let ya know what my 2 cents are.

I have all the info floating around in my mind at the moment. I am going to create some toddler art activities to complement the visual and interactive aspects of baby signing.
